THIRD EYE PICKS OF THE WEEK: EX SANGUINE #1 — TIM SEELEY, writer of REVIVAL, unleashes a fantastic new horror series this week with EX SANGUINE. Imagine AMERICAN VAMPIRE meets SE7EN, and that sums this one up pretty well, as we’re shown two individuals:
One — a predator who hunts by night, and leaves a trail of bodies in his wake. The other? A bored, world-weary vampire who’s suddenly had his interest piqued by this mass-murderer.
This is a killer twist on the vampire genre as a whole, and if you dig Seeley’s REVIVAL, then you’ll love EX SANGUINE!
